Ways to Stay Healthy

Nowadays, many people have to face and solve their health problems especially chronic diseases. For example, hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Do you encounter such a situation? In fact, there are many ways to stay healthy.

One of the ways to stay healthy is doing exercise regularly. We may wake up early in the morning and go to the park to do exercise to lead a healthy lifestyle. We can also encourage our family members and our friends to go exercising together. It is a great opportunity for us to promote our relationships with them. If we cannot insist to do exercise regularly, they also play an imperative role to encourage us to continue exercising regularly.

Besides, we can eat a balanced diet to stay healthy. We should eat various type of food to consume protein, vitamin, carbohydrate and so on. For example, steam fish, vegetables, fruits, chicken and eggs. We also should avoid eating food which is high in calories such as chocolate, fried chicken, burger and potato chips. They will make us face the problems of the obesity if we consume too much of them.

In conclusion, we should do exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet to stay as fit as a fiddle. I hope my sharing is useful for you.

Do You Think Buying Online Would Make You Save More Money?

Nowadays, many people are buying goods online by browsing some shopping websites such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and so on. They prefer to buy goods online because it is convenient for them to buy goods at home without going to the shopping center to buy those goods. However, do you think buying online would make you save more money?

In my opinion, I think buying online would make me save more money, for I can compare prices and visit deals websites. I can check different websites manually to compare prices. Moreover, there are a lot of price comparison websites with search functions that make me easy to find the lowest price for the certain goods nowadays. For example, PriceBlink which is a free browser extension that automatically finds lower prices while I shop. Honey which is a free extension that compares every seller on Amazon and shows me the best price. The "Shopping" tab in Google Search lets me browse suggested products from countless retailers (prices are clearly marked) or set a price filter. It is obvious that buying online would make me save more money by comparing prices and visiting deals websites before buying something.

Besides, I think buying online would make me save more money, as I can get coupons online through buying the goods online. Coupon codes are a great way to shop and save money online. There are several ways to get coupons online. The first method to get coupons online is signing up to newsletters. Retailers often will reward me for subscribing with a coupon. Once I am on their mailing list, I will receive codes for other sales and seasonal discounts. I would like to suggest to you to consider setting up a separate email for your online shopping accounts and newsletter subscriptions, so your main inbox will not get flooded. The second method to get coupons online is using coupon browser extensions. When I add items to a shopping cart, these plugins automatically search for and apply any relevant coupon codes. They will also notify me if they find better offers on other online shops. Honey even lets me add items to a Drop List and pings me when they become discounted. The third method to get coupons is being strategic with the timing. More coupons are available during sales like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. These are also great opportunities for me to save money. It is obvious that buying online would make me save more money by getting coupons online.

Other than that, I think buying online would make me save more money, for I can save some money by leaving things in my shopping cart. This classic trick works well for items I do not need urgently. I usually go through my shopping list and select the “nice to haves” and other things that can wait. Once I have found an item online, I will open an account on the merchant’s website and add the product to my shopping cart. Now it is time to play the waiting game. Online stores usually have systems for encouraging me to finish my purchase. I will be sent email reminders, and ads for the product will probably start appearing on other websites I visit (this is called retargeting). I will hang in there and do not be fooled by attempts to create a sense of urgency, like “last chance!” or “only 1 item left in stock.” Many retailers will eventually offer a discount code for the item in my cart so that they can close the sale. It is obvious that buying online would make me save more money by leaving things in my shopping cart.

In conclusion, I think buying online would make me save more money. What do you think?

Bullying

What is bullying? Bullying means the behaviour of a person who hurts or frightens someone smaller or less powerful, often forcing that person to do something they do not want to do.

Bullying can affect mental, physical and emotional health during school years and into adulthood. It can lead to physical injury, social or emotional problems and in some cases, even death. Bullied children and teens are more likely to experience depression, anxiety and sometimes long-term damage to self-esteem. Victims often feel lonely. Some victims may fight back with extreme, sudden violence; stopbullying.gov reports that in 12 of 15 school shootings, the shooters had been bullied.

There are many causes of bullying such as being bullied themselves. Someone who bullies others might have experienced bullying -- maybe by their parents, their abusing step-siblings or even from someone in the neighborhood. Bullies often lack empathy as a result of their perception of what is happened to them, and they want to pay that negativity forward. Besides, seeking social attention via loneliness are the causes of bullying too. Bullies are often lonely. They do not have any real friends, so they try to find attention in any way they can, even if that means hampering someone's mental health or causing them physical health problems. Other than that, bullies may bully people who are doing better than them at something.

In fact, we can use some effective ways to curb bullying such as avoid being alone. Whenever possible, avoid situations where there are no other students or teachers. Try to go to the bathroom with a friend or eat lunch in a group. While riding the bus, sit near the front. If you know a student who likes to bully others is in an area where you normally walk to lunch or class, try to use alternative hallway routes.

That's all for the time being. I hope everyone can have a wonderful childhood's memory without having being bullied experience.
